Portrait de l'artiste sans barbe
The scene opens with Hercules and Wu Tang planning to steal an artwork.
Wu Tang
Hercules, what kind of artwork are we going to steal today?
Hercules
Ah, today we're going for a masterpiece by Vincent van Gogh called 'Portrait de l'artiste sans barbe'.
Wu Tang
Hmm, what's so special about it?
Hercules
Well, this artwork is a self-portrait of van Gogh. It's one of his many self-portraits, which were an important part of his career as a painter.
Hercules
In this particular piece, you can see van Gogh's face as it appeared in the mirror he used to paint himself. The left side of the painting is actually the right side of his face.
Wu Tang
I see. But who is this van Gogh?
Hercules
Vincent van Gogh was a Dutch artist who lived from 1853 to 1890. He's known for his expressive and colorful style, which was greatly influenced by the impressionists in France.
Hercules
Oh, and did you know that just recently, a hidden self-portrait of van Gogh was discovered under one of his other paintings? It's an incredible find!
Wu Tang
Wow, that's amazing! So, this artwork we're going to steal is valuable because of its historical significance and van Gogh's artistic style?
Hercules
Exactly! And it's also just a stunning piece to look at. The way van Gogh captures his own image is truly mesmerizing.
As Hercules continues to talk about his love and admiration for the artwork, Bob, the US police, sniffs out their plan and approaches them.
Wu Tang
Oh no, it's Bob! We have to go!
Hercules
Wait! I haven't finished talking about the artwork! We'll get it next time!
Hercules and Wu Tang quickly run away, with Hercules still screaming about his desire to get his hands on the artwork.
Hercules
I'll find a way to steal it, just you wait!
And so, Hercules and Wu Tang's quest for the stolen artwork continues.
End of scene.
